directDME will deliver the right product at the right price. If the product delivered is incorrect, the replacement product will be discounted by 10%. If an identical product elsewhere is priced lower, directDME will beat the price by 5% of the difference.

Please note that some restrictions may apply. The DME products must have the same manufacturer and model number, and the competing product must be medically suitable for the same application (e.g., the comparison product accommodates the claimant's needs); the price comparison must reflect identical terms of service including but not limited to delivery timeframe, installation fees, method of payment accepted (third party payment processing); custom products, including but not limited to custom-molded and custom-fitted braces and custom manual and power wheelchairs are exempt.
