Service is fast and easy.
Once your adjuster contacts directDME, we arrange for a trained
hearing professional to conduct an audiometric evaluation
and report the results back to you. If a hearing aid is likely to be required, an impression
of the ear is made – free of charge
– during the exam which helps reduce the number of repeat visits. If a hearing aid
is recommended and authorized by your
adjuster, the claimant will be fitted with the right hearing aid for their loss - often within ten days.
