Transportation Service:
the driver will arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in no charge for the service. Any charge for a missed appointment as a result of failure to meet this promise will be paid by directDME.

- Adjuster's authorization obtained prior to purchase providing expense control upfront
- Vendor liens for unauthorized products are greatly reduced
- directDME monitors the order until delivery
*Some restrictions apply. The DME products must have the same manufacturer and model number, and the competing product must be medically suitable for the same application (e.g., the comparison product accommodates the claimant's needs); the price comparison must reflect identical terms of service including but not limited to delivery timeframe, installation fees, method of payment accepted (third party payment processing); custom products, including but not limited to custom-molded and custom-fitted braces and custom manual and power wheelchairs are exempt. For transportation services, referrals must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to an appointment and must include a complete and accurate address and billing information. The Service Promise is not applicable if our failure to respond is a result of severe weather conditions, natural disaster or civil unrest.
