Our Exclusive Service Promise Guarantee

We promise that the driver will arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time with the correct type of vehicle; a clean passenger seat area, smoke and odor-free air inside the vehicle, a courteous driver, who can communicate with the passenger and who knows the route to the destination and that there will be no other passengers in the vehicle.

In the event that we fail to deliver on this promise, there will be no charge for the service. In the event that our failure to live up to our service promise results in a missed appointment fee being charged by a physician or other medical professional, we'll pay that fee.

Referrals must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to an appointment and must include a complete and accurate address and billing information. The Service Promise is not applicable when our failure to respond is a result of severe weather conditions, natural disaster or civil unrest.
