Another option when a testimony or statements cannot be taken in-person is to use videography, which is becoming a widely used substitution for traditional depositions. It provides a fully searchable, high quality video of the deposition, synchronized with the transcription and allows for further visual analysis of the testimony in ways that are not available with live testimony.

Transcripts

With the transcript as the final product and a critical aspect of your case, directDME ensures the document is accurate and sent within ten business days or less. With electronic delivery through encrypted email as the standard you can also request the transcript in CD format. Other options such as condensed, word indexed, expedited and rough drafts are provided.

Conference Rooms

In those instances where a room is not available or a neutral location is desired, directDME can arrange for a conference room to accommodate the entire group at a location that fits everyone’s needs. When combined with Deposition Translation or Court Reporting services, the room is typically complimentary.
