At directDME, we guarantee our products are priced the same or lower than those of any other DME provider. If you find an identical product elsewhere that is priced lower than our quoted price, we will match their price discounted by 5% of the difference (some items are excluded as described below). To qualify for this guarantee:

• The products must have the same manufacturer and model #, and the competing product must be medically suitable for the same application. (e.g., if the patient weighs 250 lbs, the competing bath chair must accommodate his/her weight);
• The price comparison must reflect identical terms of service including delivery timeframe, installation fees, method of payment accepted (third party payment processing), etc.

We will ask you to provide the name, address and phone number of the DME provider claiming to have a lower price.

Exceptions: All custom products, including but not limited to custom-molded and custom-fitted braces and custom manual and power wheelchairs.
