Same Day Delivery

Many of the items we offer can be delivered on the same day as ordered. Requests for same-day delivery must be received by 11 am local time. When you place your order and specify "same day" delivery, one of our customer service specialists will contact you to coordinate the delivery.

Important Note
In order to facilitate same-day delivery, we must have all the information required to complete the order, including patient and payment information, physical delivery address, and if necessary, a prescription (see prescriptions for more information). If any information is incomplete or inaccurate, one of our customer service specialists must call, increasing the risk of delay.

Delivery

Orders for in-stock goods received by 2 pm EST can be delivered by the next business day. Most products are delivered via standard UPS ground, unless you specify two-day, next-day or same-day delivery, or unless the product requires special handling and/or installation or setup. You will receive a confirming e-mail to notify you of delivery method, or a technician will call you to schedule delivery/install of your product, if applicable.
